Gerositus® Stakeholders Management
Gerositus® Stakeholders Management is an innovative approach grounded in the Gerositus theory and follows the « tripolarity model ».
Developed by Marco Mancesti, former R&D Director at IMD Business School, this model draws on decades of observation in how projects and organizations achieve success.
Our research reveals that, while traditional models like the salient model, the power-interest matrix, the impact map, and the Thomas-Kilman conflict management model retain their usefulness, managing stakeholders ultimately comes down to understanding their polarity: positive, negative, or neutral towards our goals.
There are, of course, other important factors, such as the number and quality of stakeholders’ connections. The initial step, however, involves dynamically assessing the individual and collective influence of stakeholders on a specific objective.
This principle underpins Gerositus® Stakeholders Management.
